JBH is looking to partner with a Vendor that can provide, support and maintain an online Incident Reporting System for use by its Staff and Physicians. Listed below are a number of key requirements and system components. Vendor - Web-based access from multiple devices such as cell phone, tablet, laptop; - Ability for Staff to access when they are off site from JBH; - Possibilities for expansion to Ontario Health Team applications; - Flexible, multi-level report generation; - Data Export and integration with existing systems; - Electronic notifications– new occurrences, response and closure reminders; - Allowing portfolio leaders to review & monitor performance; - 24/7/365 support and timely resolution process. |
