The Department of Surgical Services is looking to purchase an ‘ENT Navigation Surgery System. Vendors should provide information as per the following: · Equipment make/model they recommend · Consumable items applicable to the equipment complete with pricing and anticipated usage per annum- both disposable and reusable · What Service/Support they provide and recommend including remote assistance, repair coverage and preventive maintenance · If software updates and upgrades would be included in the offering · What Education and Training is included with the proposal · What the standard warranty is for both equipment and consumables |
